Gardai are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a stabbing incident in Limerick today left a man with serious injuries.
The alarm was raised at around 2.30am. Gardai attended the scene at Ballycummin Road, Raheen, Co Limerick.
The victim, a man in his 30s, was taken to the nearby University Limerick Hospital, where he was treated for stab wounds.
Two men have been arrested in connection with the incident.
