Gardai were called to an incident shortly before midnight at a beef plant in Co. Cavan.
It’s understood that a minor row broke out when men tried to place a High Court copy of an injunction at the plant against a picket.
The High Court yesterday granted a permanent injunction to prevent blockades at facilities operated by Dawn Meats, Slaney Foods and ABP.
It’s understood gardai were called after a protester allegedly drove a tractor towards the wall where the copies were being erected.
