Gardai have confirmed that a man and a woman both aged in their 30s were killed in a car crash last night when a car was involved in a collision with a van in County Limerick.
The crash occurred on the N21 at Ballycarrane, Patrickswell shortly before 9:30pm.
It’s understood both people were pronounced dead at the scene with the occupants of the van, a man, woman and baby, taken to hospital as a precaution.
Gardai are appealing for dashcam footage or to contact them on the Confidential Line on 1800-66-61-11.
