Gardaí have confirmed that a man has had his taxi licence revoked after being convicted of three sexual offence charges.
According to RTÉ News, Gardai confirmed that the man had his Public Service Vehicle Licence revoked, following a review.
It is understood the man who is set to be sentenced later this month was still allowed to keep hold of his licence despite being found guilty of the offences.
RTÉ News say the man’s bail conditions permitted him to carry out his duties as normal, but stipulated that he could not carry female passengers as front-seat passengers in his Taxi.
