It will be yet another cold weekend ahead as temperatures are expected to dip once again as the changeable weather conditions continue, forecasters have revealed.
Following on from a relativity mild week, Met Eireann have said temperatures are to drop below 10C this weekend.
It is expected that temperatures will remain in single digits over the weekend, whilst heavy showers are expected on Saturday and Sunday particularly in southern and western regions.
Met Éireann say temperatures are to range from 6 to 9C throughout the weekend with lows of between 3 to 7C at night.
Meanwhile most of Munster and Connacht are expected to see heavy showers on Saturday and Sunday, but the rest of the country will remain relatively dry.
