Gardaí in Co Monaghan have confirmed that 18 people have been injured following a road traffic collision earlier today.
It is understood the group of people were injured following a collision between a bus and a truck on the N2 just outside Castleblayney.
Gardaí say one of person sustained serious but non-life threatening injuries following the crash.
They added that an investigation is currently ongoing.
