Gardaí in Co Offaly have confirmed that a man who became ill at a homeless hostel earlier this week has sadly passed away in hospital.
According to RTÉ News, Gardai say the man aged in his 20s passed away in hospital on Thursday.
The news of the man’s death comes after two women also died following the incident which occurred on Monday.
Gardaí say an investigation is currently ongoing.
