Gardaí in Dublin have declared that an area in Raheny safe after the discovery of an exploded pipe on Sunday evening.
It is understood that the Army Bomb Disposal Unit were called to investigate the incident which occurred at Springdale Rd, Edenmore in Raheny.
Following post blast analysis of the scene, Gardai declared the area safe.
They also say thankfully there were no injuries following the explosion.
