Gardai have intercepted a drone intended to carry drugs into Midlands Prison.
It is understood that Gardai spotted two men acting suspiciously nearby Midlands Prison on Monday night. The men appearing to be handling a drone.
Gardai moved in and arrested the men, seizing a quantity of cannabis and prescription drugs in the process.
