Gardaí investigate after four teenagers suddenly fall ill at school in Cork




Gardaí have launched an investigation after a group of teenage boys fell ill at a school in Co Cork, reports Breaking News.

At around 10pm on Wednesday, gardaí received a report that four male teenagers had fallen ill at a school in Fermoy.

Ambulance crews assessed four teenagers at the scene and they did not require further immediate treatment.

Following a search by gardaí on Thursday, several searches were carried out at commercial premises and homes in the Fermoy area, where items of potentially demonstrable value were seized, reports Breaking News.

The items found included vaporisers and e-cigarettes.

Some confiscated items will be sent to Forensic Science Ireland (FSI) for further analysis.
