15-year-old Cian Cleary was missing since 4.25pm on Sunday afternoon in the Killarney Rd/Boghall Rd area of Bray, Co Wicklow.
Gardai have confirmed that the boy has been found safe and well.
They have thanked the public for sharing his image on social media.
