Gardaí issue warning after potentially lethal veterinary medication was stolen from a veterinary clinic in Walkinstown




Gardaí have issued an alert to the general public to be on high alert after eight bottles of a potentially lethal veterinary medication hss been stolen from a veterinary clinic on Walkinstown Road in Dublin.

The medicine called Dolethal, is used by vets to euthanise animals, can be extremely dangerous and lethal if taken orally or injected by humans. Gardaí in Crumlin say the eight bottles were stolen on Wednesday afternoon.

Gardai are urging members of the public with any information to contact them at Crumlin Garda station on 01-6666200, on the Garda Confidential line on 1800-666111 or at any garda station.
