Gardai have issued a warning to the public to be aware of fraudsters pretending to be form Revenue.
In a warning Gardai say fraudsters are calling people and asking them for personal information such as banking details.
Gardai say the calls are coming from what appears to be a 051 number, however Gardai say the prefix is not from the Waterford region but instead it is a computer generated number.
