A man’s body has been discovered in Bandon, County Cork, reports Breaking News.
The man, who was in his 70s, was found unresponsive on a rural road in the Kildarra area shortly before 6:30am on Saturday.
He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly afterward, reports Breaking News.
The Coroner has been informed, and the body has been taken to the mortuary at Cork University Hospital.
A post-mortem examination will be scheduled, and gardaí in Bandon have launched an investigation, reports Breaking News.
