Gardai have launched an investigation after a teenager died following a fall from a tractor in Co. Galway.
The incident happened in the Sylane area of Tuam last week.
The victim, a 16-year-old male, sustained serious injuries. He passed away in hospital today.
Gardai are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
