Gardai have launched an investigation following a serious assault in the capital in which a man sustained multiple stab wounds.
The incident happened in an apartment in the Rivervalley area of Swords in north Dublin on Sunday evening.
It is understood that a man in his 20s was taken to Beaumont Hospital for treatment. His injuries are described as ‘non life-threatening.’
No arrests have been made.
