Gardai have launched an investigation following the fatal stabbing of a man in the capital today.
The incident happened in the Lombard St. area of Dublin at around 11am.
The deceased, a man in his 50s, was pronounced dead in hospital.
No one has been arrested in connection with this incident yet.
