Gardai have launched an investigation into the fire that destroyed a disused hotel earmarked to house asylum seekers.
The Ross Lake Hotel in Rosscahill, Co. Galway, went up in flames on Saturday night. A group of protesters had been seen in the area earlier in the day.
Gardai suspect foul play.
