A large Garda operation is underway in Co. Limerick this evening, after a four-strong gang hijacked a vehicle transporting cash and high-end car parts.
The incident began at around 3pm in the Co. Limerick town of Caherconlish. The gang, driving a black BMW car, forced their target vehicle to stop. They pulled the driver out and drove away with a van full of valuable car parts and some cash.
