Gardaí in Limerick have launched a murder investigation following the death of an 11-year-old boy in the city.
According to RTÉ News, Gardai have launched a murder investigation following the results of a post-mortem examination.
The investigation comes after the 11-year-old boy was tragically found dead at a house in the Ballynanty area of the city on Sunday evening.
Gardaí say a 27-year-old man arrested in connection with the incident is still in custody.
