Gardaí in Co Offaly have confirmed released the name of the pilot who sadly died in Sunday’s light aircraft crash.
In announcement made this afternoon, a Garda spokesperson confirmed that 47 year old English pilot Neil Bowditch, was killed in the tragic in Clonbullogue.
The announcement comes after Gardai released the name of the seven year old boy who was sadly killed in the accident.
Meanwhile Air Accident investigators have carried out more examinations on the wreckage at the crash site.
