Gardaí investigating the murder of a 52-yr-old woman in Dublin said she may have been dead for some time before her body was discovered.
Lisa Thompson was found dead at her home in Sandyhill Gardens in Ballymun yesterday. It’s understood that she had been stabbed a number of times.
She was last seen on Saturday and the Gardaí have urged anyone with information about her movements to get in touch with them on the Confidential Line on 1800-66-61-11.
Detectives said they have yet to identify a suspect in the murder and are open to the case.
