Shoppers in Ireland will be hit with a ‘returns fee’ when shopping online at Zara, it has emerged today.
Up until now, people returning items to Zara could do so free of charge.
The company will now introduce a €1.95 charge for items being returned.
Items bought in-store can still be returned to the store free of charge.
