Gardai are this afternoon seeking the public’s help in locating a man missing since October.
44-year-old Mark ‘Rubber’ Duffy was last seen limping across the road of a busy street in Navan, Co. Meath on Monday, October 3.
Mark is described as being 5’8″ in height, of a broad build, with brown hair, and blue eyes.
