Gardai are this evening seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 28-year-old.
Turlough Kelly was last seen on the Freshford Road in Kilkenny at approximately 4pm on Monday afternoon.
He’s described as being 6 foot 1 inch tall, of a slim build, with black hair and a beard.
He was wearing a black hooded jumper and green trousers when last seen.
Anyone with information on Turlough’s whereabouts is being asked to contact Kilkenny Garda Station on 056 777 5000, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.
