Gardaí in Co Tipperary have seized €120,000 worth of illegal drugs following a search at house this morning.
It is understood the discovery was made after a fire broke out at the house in Rathnavogue area of Roscrea, at approximately 7am this morning.
Gardaí say the drugs along with an irrigation system were found following a search of the promises once the fire was extinguished.
It is understood no arrests have yet been made and an investigation is currently ongoing.
