Gardai are warning Permanent TSB customers of another scam currently doing the rounds in Ireland.
The scam involves customers receiving a text message warning of ‘unusual activity’ in their bank account.
The link directs to a cloned website that mimics the bank’s page, and asks for banking information to be entered.
Customers are being advised to never click on links on text messages and contact their bank if in doubt.
