German football star Bastian Schweinsteiger offers his condolences as he meets the family of Berkeley balcony collapse disaster victim Niccolai Schuster




It has been reported that German international and Manchester United star Bastian Schweinsteiger took some personal time yesterday evening to meet with and offer his condolences to the family of Berkeley balcony collapse victim Niccolai Schuster who was a major fan of the footballer.

Schweinsteiger who is set to feature for Germany against Ireland tonight took the time to meet with the Schuster’s at the Aviva Stadium, in Dublin last night.
The world famous midfielder had previously met Schuster, a massive Bayern Munich fan before he sadly died in the disaster which claimed the lives of six young students. The former Bayern Munich player took to social media to say he was ‘very sad’ to hear of the tragedy in a post which featured a photo of himself and Niccolai.

Schweinsteiger wrote: “The news makes me very sad. I wish you, the family and all the members of Nick a lot of strength for this difficult time,” he wrote at the time.” “I would like to express my condolences also all other sufferers of this accident.” Schweinsteiger also posed for photographs with Niccolai’s younger brother, Alexei, along with a Bayern Munich jersey bearing Niccolai’s name.
