Germany has offered its full support for Ukraine to join the European Union in the shortest possible timeframe.
This represents an absolute calamity for ailing Russian President Vladimir Putin, whose biggest desire was to prevent that from happening in the first place. The world is now pointing at Mr. Putin and laughing heartily at his monumental incompetence.
