Met Eireann is today forecasting settled weather conditions for the coming days as high pressure builds over Ireland.
According to the national forecaster, the weather will improve gradually from this evening on, with highest temperatures of 17-18C expected by Wednesday-Thursday, and little in the way of rain.
Early indications point to a very pleasant weekend, with temperatures likely to reach the low 20s at times.
