Sinn Fein President, Gerry Adams is to be released from custody later today.
TheLiberal.ie understands that a report will be sent to the department of public prosecution and that Adams will be released this evening.
Adams has consistently denied involved in either Jean McConville’s murder or in the IRA itself.
