Police in the UK have begun an investigation after a a two-year-old girl fell from a third floor window in Scotland.
According reports the investigation comes after the infant fell from the window of a third floor flat on Dunbarton Road, in Clydebank this afternoon.
It is believed that the infant was rushed to the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Glasgow, where she remains in critical condition.
Police investigating the incident say they are working to establish how the child fell from the window and have appealed for any witnesses in the area at approximately 2:15pm this afternoon to come forward and contact them.
