Police in the UK have sadly confirmed that a 4-year-old girl has sadly died following a fall at a doctors surgery on Wednesday.
According to The Sun newspaper, the young girl sadly died in hospital after suffering the fall at The Ridings Medical Group in East Riding, Yorkshire on Wednesday afternoon.
Although it is not known how the young child fell, police investigating the incident say they are not treating her death as suspicious.
It is understood the girl was rushed via air ambulance to Hull Royal Infirmary Hospital but she was sadly pronounced dead a short time later.
Police say they are currently providing consular assistance to the girl’s family and an investigation into the incident is currently ongoing.
