It’s utterly shocking, devastating and ultimately very sad to see.
Australia has some of the nicest people you could meet, this is coming from someone who lived, worked and enjoyed quite some time living there.
Tragically now this lovely country is facing devastation.
Some 1,200 homes have been destroyed and millions of hectares of land scorched by out-of-control bushfires. Most media attention has centred on worst-hit NSW, every state and territory has been affected.
Some people are blaming left wing advocates who campaigned to stop controlled fires from being burnt in the winter for climate change reasons, but that debate is already starting on Australian radio and television in a bid to stop this disaster happening in the future.
