There was good news announced last night as Gardaí in Dublin have confirmed missing Somali boy Daud Hassan has been found safe and well.
The news comes after a nationwide appeal was launched on Monday when Daud, aged 13, (who does not speak English) went missing from the Gpo on Lower O’Connell Street on Monday morning.
Thankfully Gardaí have since confirmed that Daud has been located and has since returned to his family. Gardaí would also like to thank the public for their assistance in the case.
