Government agrees on a 20% cut in public transport fees, starting in April




The Government has reportedly agreed on a 20% cut in public transport fees, starting in April.

Fees for Bus Éireann, Irish Rail, Dublin Bus, Go Ahead, Luas, DART, and Local Link will be reduced in April, and remain reduced until the end of the year.

It is understood that the energy rebate will rise from €100 to €200.
