Government looking at potential ‘Red List’ to stop people travelling into Ireland from highly affected countries




There’s already been an enormous economic impact on the three counties, Kildare, Offaly and Laois since they’ve been placed back on ‘lockdown’.

It’s understood that the government are now looking at assembling a so-called ‘Red List’ of countries that would see non essential travel, other then repatronage, halted from entering Ireland.

Nothing is certain at the moment but many feel it’s too little too late after multiple cluster outbreaks in recent days.
