The Irish Government is reportedly considering adding an extra Bank Holiday from 2021.
According to the Government, a new Bank Holiday would be a great boost for the local tourism industry.
When questioned about it, Taoiseach appointee Micheal Martin did not reveal which month would the new Bank Holiday be slotted in.
