The Government are reportedly considering introducing a new Bank Holiday.
According to Virgin Media News, the idea of introducing a new public holiday was discussed by cabinet ministers during last night’s Covid-19 restrictions meeting.
Although no official decision has been made, Virgin Media News reports that the new Bank Holiday could be introduced in December or in the new year.
It is believed that any decision on introducing the public holiday will depend on virus levels.
