The Government are expected to meet later today in order to discuss the possibility of lifting the remaining Covid-19 restrictions.
It is understood that Cabinet ministers will review NPHET’s advice in regards to the easing of remaining restrictions.
The Taoiseach Micheal Martin is then expected to make an announcement later today that will outline the Government’s plans ahead of October 22nd.
