The illegitimate and deeply incompetent Government is reportedly sinking another €40m into the National Children’s Hospital, the world’s most expensive hospital by some margin.
The facility, which is still many months away from completion, has so far swallowed €1.7bn, but the final bill is likely to top €2bn.
The hospital has been under construction for many years but is still not expected to open to patients until 2025 at least. As a comparison, China was able to construct two hospitals in a matter of days at the peak of the coronavirus crisis.
