The Government is to launch its ‘Housing for All’ roadmap document today.
The new policy promises the delivery of up to 160,000 new homes over the next five years, with an investment of €20bn.
Successive Governments over the past decade have consistently failed on the housing front due to a combination of neglect, incompetence, and developer-led policies, so it is unclear how effective or realistic this new roadmap will be.
