The Cabinet will meet this afternoon to agree to sign off on plans that will see the reopening of indoor hospitality in bars and restaurants around the country.
It’s understood that the Government is aiming to have legislation in place by the end of the week that will only allow fully vaccinated people eat and drink inside bars and restaurants around the country.
The legislation must be passed by the Dáil and Seanad before it comes into law, with some TDs and Senators said to have reservations about the passport-type vaccine certs.
