It’s looking very likely that the Leaving Cert students across of Ireland will be given somewhat of a fair choice for this year’s exams.
The Cabinet sub committee will meet today to discuss all scenarios but The Liberal understands that the Leaving Cert is going ahead with government sources telling the Irish Independent that students will be offered either a written exam or graded results option.
It’s understood that the government is set to announce all plans late this evening where teachers and students will finally have some clarity as to what is going to happen.
