The Grand Tour presenter James May was involved in a major car crash during the filming of a television show.
According to the Daily Star, the 59-year-old crashed into a wall at 75mph while driving through a tunnel in a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 8. The crash happened during a driving challenge that went wrong. Paramedics on the show helped him out of his car and he was said to have been covered in blood at the time.
May needed a brain scan in hospital and is also said to have broken a rib in the accident.
