There are some significantly good news for job seekers this evening, as low-cost airline Jet2.com has announced the creation of up to 1,000 new jobs as part of a huge recruitment drive across the UK and elsewhere.
The new roles include 180 pilots, over 700 cabin crew and 80 engineers across the UK.
The firm will shortly hold job fairs across Britain to showcase the roles and perform recruitment. The first job fair will take place in Leeds, UK, in September.
Jet2.com operates from bases in Belfast, Birmingham, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Manchester and Newcastle.
