Greece could start welcoming holidaymakers again from May, depending on the pandemic’s course




Greece could start welcoming holidaymakers again from May, depending on the pandemic’s course, it has emerged today.

The Mediterranean country is hugely dependent on tourism income, but holidaymakers have not been able to visit Greece for much of the pandemic.

Spain also announced today that it might soon roll out a digital vaccine passport scheme, to facilitate the return of fully vaccinated people into the country for the crucial summer holidays.
