Waterford man Keith Nolan is appealing for help after his deceased partners necklace was stolen from his house yesterday evening.

A number of belongings were stolen from Mr Nolan’s house along with the necklace which contained the ashes of his partner Lorraine and the couples third unborn child.

Lorraine passed away in August 2014 when she was 5 months pregnant with their third child.

Mr Nolan who now cares for his two daughters aged five and sixteen said: “I am afraid it was thrown somewhere”. “The one time I took it off me, it is all I have left of her apart from the girls”.

Mr Nolan shared a picture on Facebook and urged the people of his home town of Tramore to help. He said: “I’m begging for everyone to share this post”.
