South Africa has no jury system so Judge Thokozile Masipa will decide on the verdicts herself with the help of two assessors.
She will have to go through all the evidence from the 6 month long murder trial. She’ll then outline her conclusion and verdict.
One way or the other, an appeal from either side will inevitably happen.
