In a bizarre attempt at virtue signalling how over the top woke and progressive they are Halifax Bank has advised customers who do not agree with the current hysterical transgender ideology running rampant in the west should cease their business with the institution.
The bank’s official twitter account tweeted on Tuesday in reply to those questioning if an announcement regarding employees at the bank having their preferred pronouns displayed on their name tags was parody,
The righteously indignant reply came swiftly from Halifax:
“We strive for inclusion, equality and quite simply, in doing what’s right. If you disagree with our values, you’re welcome to close your account. ^AndyM”
It’s not unusual for banks, multinational corporations and public figures to go over the top with the their championing of the latest progressive craze during so-called “pride” month but this trend appears to have reached new heights with this tweet from Halifax bank.
